MIMXRT1062 only ROM boot loader works no RAM program run with sdphost USB

I have struggle several days to get my custom design MIMXRT1062DVJ6B MCU to do its fisrt program run. Unfortunately the only thing how works is the ROM boor loader response and the RAM load. I have try several ways through use the and I show 2 different cases here

The first test was a Minimal loop.bin file I try to load to 0x20000000
The program should only setup a stackpointer and a resetvector then the next instruction is to loop to itself

The end up failure responde:
sdphost -u 0x1fc9,0x0135 -- error-status
Status (HAB mode) = 1450735702 (0x56787856) Hab Is Disabled (Unlocked).
Response status = 858993459 (0x33333333) NO DESCRIPTION.
The other example was a blinky test made by MCUXpresso IDE generated this
