Hi @Raaj ，

Thank you so much for your interest in our products and for using our community.

Question : is returning Invalid Argument error. I'v cross checked the instance, dstAddr and *src. Everything are valid values. So, not sure why its returning that error. Does anybody know, why it could be failing?

Answer:

First, Please double check Disable the global IRQ before you call flexspi_nor_flash_page_program function(Prevent interruptions from interfering with the flash programming process).

Second, Please check the clock settings of NOR Flash is correct.

Third, Please double check the parameters again.

Wish it helps you.
If you still have question about it, please kindly let me know.

Wish you a nice day!

hi,

I am using Bootrom based Flexspi flash driver apis for the flash driver implementation.

Below given api

status_t flexspi_nor_flash_page_program(uint32_t instance,
flexspi_nor_config_t *config, uint32_t dstAddr, const uint32_t *src);

is returning Invalid Argument error. I'v cross checked the instance, dstAddr and *src. Everything are valid values. So, not sure why its returning that error. Does anybody know, why it could be failing?

The toplevel flash driver function that invokes the above api, runs from internal SRAM.

Other apis seems to be working fine. So, any help to identify the possible issue out here, is appreciated.

Thanks in advance for the help.
