If the SDRAM has a low power mode then you need to enter the command to send it to low power before setting the mcu at SNVS mode.

Ideally, SDRAM is powered-off on SNVS mode since external DC/DC(which powers SDRAM) is turned off.

How to enter SEMC SDRAM into low power

We are using a imxrt106F, with VDD_HIGH_IN, SNVS_IN, and DCDC_IN tied together. However the issue we see is entering into SNVS does not automatically put the SDRAM into low power mode as our SDRAM is constantly powered. We are seeing very high power consumption. How can we put the SDRAM into low power mode?
