Hi @GR-Grinn

Thank you for your interest in NXP Semiconductor products.

1. Are there any updates related to RT500 OTP Fuse Map availability since this question was askedRT500 OTP Fuse Map ?

--> Thanks for your reminder. After checking, the OTP map is still missing in RT5xx RM, I have asked document team for an update.

2. It is possible to program OTP using debug probe directly (MCU-Link or JLink) or communication with the bootloader is necessary?

-- It is possbile to develop an application using 18.7.4 OTP Driver APIs mentioned in RM.

Please note: Use debug probe to download and execute the firmware for OTP provisioning, JLINK commander cannot support OTP writing.

Hi!

We're trying to prepare a way to set up RT555 booting in OTP.

Are there any updates related to RT500 OTP Fuse Map availability since this question was asked<LI-MESSAGE title="RT500 OTP Fuse Map" uid="1323493" url="https://community.nxp.com/t5/i-MX-RT-Crossover-MCUs/RT500-OTP-Fuse-Map/m-p/1323493#U1323493" discussion_style_icon_css="lia-mention-container-editor-message lia-img-icon-forum-thread lia-fa-icon lia-fa-forum lia-fa-thread lia-fa"></LI-MESSAGE> ?

It is possible to program OTP using debug probe directly (MCU-Link or JLink) or communication with the bootloader is necessary?

We're trying to find a way to work around design fault in our current PCB design, with sets ISP pins in Serial Download mode, rather than FLEXSPI Boot. We would prefer solution that does not require hardware modifications, as UART pins used in the Serial Download mode are not easily accessible.

With regards
