      <title>does RT1176 support LPSDR?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have seen that som commercial RT1176 SOM board use a LPSDR,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;for example, the SOM TQMa117xL made by TQ used&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;W988D6FB,&amp;nbsp;256Mb Mobile LPSDR&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;but on the RT1176 datasheet i can't find LPDDR or LPSDR belong to the possible RAM adopted.,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;only&amp;nbsp; 8/16/32-bit SDRAM, up to SDRAM-133/SDRAM-166/SDRAM-200&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can somenone clarify?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
