I'm not sure where to post this. I may need to RMA this eval board as it doesn't appear to be running the default firmware, as best as I can tell, and the NAND chip isn't present. Some other empty spaces are there as well. How can I do a proof of life test on this eval board?

Hi @honey_the_codewitch

Did you receive the board from us? Or from a NXP distributor? Would you be able to share a picture of the EVK and the schematic revision? The EVKs come with two white stickers showing this.

To get started, and check that the board is working, you can follow the Getting Started with the i.MX RT1170 Evaluation Kit

All the best,

Thanks a lot for your patience and for reaching out ! You have i.MX RT1170-EVK Rev C4 schematic. This schematic revision of the board does not have NAND flash populated.
