blhost cannot establish a connection based on the USB path

Since I want to simultaneously connect multiple RT1170 USB devices to a single computer for concurrent production, using blhost requires connecting via USB path.

The relevant connection examples can be found on page 10 of the document below

However, even after querying the USB path through this step, I still cannot establish a connection successfully.

After my test, it is possible to connect to the device in this way, but it is necessary to try sending commands multiple times before the command finally returns success.
