Cannot enter the Debug session- MIMXRT1176DVMAA

Hello ,

i am working on MaaXBoard RT V3 board with MIMXRT1176DVMAA controller for an application of interface with External flash,

I have imported the out of box demo application from github

GitHub - Avnet/MaaXBoard-RT-V3--GUI-Demo: Reference design for the MaaXBoard RT Rev.03 hardware demonstrating various capabilities of the NXP i.MX RT1176 Processor.

when i debug the project from MCUXresso IDE i am getting the following error

Awaiting telnet connection to port 3330 ...
GDB nonstop mode enabled
FreeRTOS stack backtrace is disabled in Non-stop mode (use All-stop)
After error Nn(05). Wire ACK Wait in DAP access -
Failed to read address register in DAP - Nn(05). Wire ACK Wait in DAP access
Target error from Write Memory: Em(17). Debug port inaccessible after access at location 0x80000000
GDB stub (C:\nxp\MCUXpressoIDE_11.6.0_8187\ide\plugins\com.nxp.mcuxpresso.tools.bin.win32_11.6.0.202207121507\binaries\crt_emu_cm_redlink) terminating - GDB protocol problem: Pipe has been closed by GDB.
state - running or following reset request - re-read of state failed - rc Nn(05). Wire ACK Fault in DAP access

i have disabled the XIP_EXTERNAL_FLASH preprocessor.below is the screen shot of the preprocessor settings.

What might be the issue?
