&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If you don't want to use the external SDRAM, and you are using the SDK code for RT1050\2, it is very easy, just set:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;XIP_BOOT_HEADER_DCD_ENABLE=0&lt;/P&gt;
