i.MX RT Crossover MCUs中的主题 flexspi XIP mode write ability

Hello world!

When booting fro psram in XIP mode it seems I can't write to separate regions of the psram chip. This is unfortunate because I was hoping to use the psram+flexspi as RWX ram like the SEMC or OCRAM, but it seems to be only RX. Is this an expected result or am I configuring something wrong. I am booting the IMXRT1060-evk from SD-card at the moment and copying the program binary to the psram.

Hi，
Thank you for your interest in NXP Semiconductor products and for the opportunity to serve you.
1) Is this an expected result or am I configuring something wrong?
-- In my opinion, it's impossible to implement Read While Write(RWW) on PSRAM.
Have a great day,
TIC
