How do I add FreeRTOS to the SDK? I can only see baremetal option in the SDK Components?

Doesn't RT600 support FreeRTOS by default? If not, is there a way to add it easily? I am new to mcuxpresso world so might miss out something very basic. Any help regarding this is really appreciated.

Hi koala123,

Yes, the NXP SDK already contains the freertos, you just need to select all the middleware in the SDK builder.

Anyway, thanks for letting me know that your issue is resolved, any new questions in the future, welcome to create the new case.

Best Regards,
