Dear NXP Team,

I'm going to try put code running on RAM (not in external SPI) in Keil project,

but seem something Keil setting problem and unable build success.

Could you provide some example or teach me how to configure Keil setting?

Hi,

R1. Per the attachment, you can choose the flexspi_nor_polling_transfer_debug option to put code running on RAM.

- I still not understand what I do in Keil project "flexspi_nor_polling_transfer"'s debug option.

So when I select to debug project, is that no need to download, just press start debug session?
