iMXRT1062 External Hardware Debugger

Hi,

I purchased this board from Sparkfun: Teensy 4.0 - DEV-15583 - SparkFun Electronics

And I would like to program it using the MCUXpressoIDE. Do I need to purchase an additional debugger to be able to program this uC? If so, which debugger should I use and how does it connect?

Could you please post the Felipe, to Ahmed's question regarding the MCUXpresso IDE?

Is an additional debugger available for the i.MXRT1062? If so, how is it connected?
