I have a custom board with i.MX7S and Micron LPDDR2 (1GB in 2 Ranks, 32 bit).

I have created the DDR register values with NXP's 'i.MX7D DDR Controller Configuration Spreadsheet '

When I run the DDR Stress Test Tools;

1) The Calibration Passes @ 460 MHz - I get delay values with a good margin

2) The Stress Test runs @ 460 MHz overnight without error.

However when I try a Memory Write & Read it only writes successfully ONCE. After that I can't write another value, it always reads the same value, if I do a Calibration cycle then I can Write just one value again.

So obviously something is setup wrong or not configured correctly.

Can anyone help or has experience for using LPDDR2 with i.MX7?

Thanks
