How IMX selects SPI at Boot Time

Hi ,

I am working over IMX6 solo and in my design NOR Flash is interfaced over SPI3. I want to know , during booting time( Internal boot) , how IMX6 will get to know on which SPI NOR flash is present. IMX6 solo support multiple SPI , so how IMX6 determines the SPI where NOR flash is present. Please suggest.

Hello Aditya,

You can select the boot option with the eFUSES, you can review the (BOOT_CFG4) which selects the SPI port that it is going to be selected for booting.
