We have a batch of imx6d Rev 1.3 that we are having trouble identifying. These are automotive grade marked on top as MCIMX6D6AVT08AD. This is what we ordered, this is what we wanted.

The ANATOP_DIGPROG register reads 0x630005. So far, so good. If we read the SCU_CONFIG register it reads as 0x5503. The '3' indicates a quad core. Did we receive parts that were marked incorrectly?

On a batch of imx6d Rev 1.2 parts we read SCU_CONFIG as 0x5501. In this case, the '1' indicates a dual core part (as expected).
