problem about imx6q boot

hi,

i have made a board according to imx6q-sabresd. i set switch to 01000010 to serial download mode, and succeed to download image, uboot and rootfs with mfgtools. But whatever i set switch to any boot up mode, mfgtools always show it's a HID-compliant device, and no any debug message was sent to my PC. i copy the boot up part in my board. And i really don't know where is the problem. Can anyone help me?

And i also have a problem, since mfgtools download is ok, does it mean uboot , DDR3 and CPU can be work? i haven't learn uboot , and not understand it clearly.Thanks all~

Also there may be issues if computer has USB 3.0 controller, it is recommended to disable it.
