Can anybody explain what is wrong with linux kernel?
u-boot works fine, mtest does more than 200 iterations

[    1.774906] Kernel panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill init! exitcode=0x00000007

mtest is weak test, please try nxp ddr test

Solution found!

Please don't add this settings into imximage.cfg, it's cause a lot of problems:

setmem /16 0x020bc000 = 0x30
