How to change i.MX6 CPU frequency

Hi, I use i.MX6 Android KK4.4.2 BSP. I noticed the CPU run at 792MHz because I can see the following message when uboot boots up:

CPU: Freescale i.MX6 family TO1.5 at 792 MHz

Could anyone let me know how to change i.MX6 CPU frequency to 1GHz or 1.2GHz? Thanks!

Hi Frank,

Which i.mx6 processor are you using? Firstly, you need to confirm if it support 1.2Ghz work.

Hi Rita,

Thanks for you reply! I can now change CPU frequency to 1GHz based on your info. I will study if it can be changed to 1.2GHz.

We have some i.MX6Q chips which support 1.2GHz.
