Where could I download the MFGTOOL for SCM module? "mfg-tool-scm.tar.gz"

I can't find it on NXP website.

You can go to Quick Start Board for SCM-i.MX 6DQ|NXP to download the MFGTOOL for SCM module. https://www.nxp.com/webapp/sps/download/preDownload.jsp
