I.MX6 fuse programming

Hello,

I am trying to program RNG trim fuse using OCOTP_CTRL (as mentioned in the reference manual) followed by a shadow reload via software. But the RNG instantiation operation fails unless a POR is done. Why does the CAAM module not take the new fuse value? Is there any work around for CAAM hardware to get the latest fuse value without doing a POR? Kindly advice.

Unfortunately we have no such option as CAAM soft-reset.
