Memory requirment

I am using IMX6UL EVK board for development of my project.

i just want to get knowledge about few things such as memory allocation required for OS.

is it possible to load the OS in flash memory if yes, what amount of memory space will OS require.

my application can be easily run and completed in or around 150 MB so can you please guide me what will be total memory i will require for my project ???

may be useful to check SCM board configuration as it provides small images
(for example SCM-i.MX 6Dual/6Quad Manufacturing Toolkit for Linux 3.14.52 spi-nor image)

But I just wanted to ask that what is the memory that will be occupied by the BSP Linux if I use BSP without GUI??

How much total memory would be required for the whole system to run efficiently
