Some problem about waking up the system

Hi community,

I'm working on imx6q with android 5.0.
I have met a problem as followed:

If I press the power button to put our phone into sleep mode. Wait a few minites:

1, Incoming call can't be showed on lcd, It seems incoming call can't wakeup the phone, but our modem module can be wakeup.

2, Plug in the USB (the other end connect to PC), our phone can't be wake up, It seems our phone can't detect the plug-in of usb. At the same time, I press the power button to wakeup the phone, the PC recognize the usb device soonly.

If I plug in the usb while the phone is awake, then press the power button to put our phone into sleep mode. At this time, incoming call can be showed on lcd normally.

Does any one know how to fix this issue?

1. what is your modem module? connected to which port?

2. have you try to plug-in an USB device?

Android 5 BSP is quite old.

Have you try this on newer BSP? (Android 7)
