iMX6UL Security Boot problem when linux kernel start

Hi , I'am verify security boot on imx6ul board, I followed the “AN4581_Secure Boot on i.MX50, i.MX53, and i.MX 6 Series using HABv4.pdf” to make signed-u-boot.imx and signed-zImage. I use "fuse prog 1 0 0x00100000" to program the RNG Trim fuse. The u-boot can startup normally and the kernel can also startup until run to command line. And the I put the device into “CLOSE” status by use ”fuse prog 0 6 0x02”. But when power on again, u-boot can start up normally, and authenticate image OK, but kernel stuck at “mmc0: new high speed SDHC card at address b368” and don’t run any more, and don't output any error messages. I have no idea why about this,and want to find out the reason.

The attach file is the log before “CLOSE” and after “CLOSE”, and the CSF file about u-boot and Kernel.
