Is there a Windows version of the HAB Code Signing Tool?

We're using the Secure Boot mode of the imx.6 but our toolchain is largely running under Windows. Is there a Windows version of the Code Signing Tool, or even source that we could recompile? We would be happy to spend money / sign an NDA / provide first-born child.
