firmware upgrade on i.mx6 using docker

Hello,

As of right now, the latest version of docker is 1.12.1.

I was wondering if anyone has cross compiled this successfully and has it up and running on an i.mx6

I'm interested in using docker for remote firmware upgrade of my embedded Linux system in order to reduce the downtime incurred when flipping between my old userspace application to the new userspace application.

There is an old article on nxp community from 2014 where they claim to get version 0.1 of docker running however I'm leery that the same instructions will apply for the latest version of docker. https://community.nxp.com/message/366537

Any tips would be highly appreciated.

Actually from the link to github you have provided, it looks like version 1.12.1-1 for arm architecture is supported already.
