Hi all,

We need to extend the CAMAPP DirectDraw application to provide Zoom-In and Zoom-Out feature on the video data coming from TV-IN on i.MX53 with Windows Embedded Compact 7 platform, Using IPU block.

Referring the i.MX6 data sheet, IPU has a Image Converter (IC) block which does the Image conversion related operations which also includes re-sizing and rotating.

But we are not sure on how to use this particular feature in the DirectDraw architecture level. One option would be to implement this functionality as a Direct Draw Video Port in the DirectDraw HAL layer. currently HAL layer does not have any implementation related to these features.

Please let me know any ideas regarding to this.

Regards,

Ashfaque
