Imx6Q board is not stable

i have a i.MX6Q Custom board , the boatd is not very stable.

the test programe can run steady on the solo board, but on i.MX6Q Custom board , the programe sometime will stop at ioctl function, and i can not kill it , background running programs also stopped printing.

And sometimes when the system start up ,it will stop at below point ,i have to power off for a moment.......

Starting udev
udevd[174]: starting version 182

why i got this result? the hardware problem or the software problem?

usually instability may be caused by ddr faults, one can run ddr test

https://community.freescale.com/docs/DOC-105652

and rebuild image with updated calibration coefficients in uboot/..board_name/./*cfg file

Another reason may be power supply instabilities, one can check guidelines given in
