Error while downloading Yocto on i.MX6UL custom board

I was downloading modified Yocto Image to my i.MX6UL custom boards, all but one works.

The one which failed struct on the step "Jumping to OS image. ". But all other boards running well (Which means the image and the process is okey).

What can be the probable issues?

[Info: Also with this same board, the HID port appears after some time even when the board is in Internal Boot Mode]

DDR Stress Test failed. Test output is --

How to troubleshoot now?

This looks like a hardware bug. Please verify board : if 4-th address or data bit 0x10

is short-circuited with other signal.

Thanks YuriMuhin_ng‌ for your help, but i think it is near impossible to find and solve the problem of if DQ4/CA4 is shorted (to high) as the traces are not exposed.
