i.MX 6 serial flash loading

I'm looking for recommended ways to program serial NOR flash connected to the i.MX 6 in both a production environment and for debugging. What is the preferred option here?

I have my hands on a Segger J-Link. Will that be enough to program a flash chip connected to the processor and if so, with what utility?

only official programming tool is mfg tool, it can be found on link

i.MX 6 Series Software and Development Tool|NXP

for flash programming please use script mfgtool2-yocto-mx-sabreauto-qspi-nor.vbs.
After programmimng one part seems it is possible to use flash programmer for

copying/programming other nor-flashes. For jtag one can try attached example from sdk,

use Chapter 6 Configuring the eCSPI Driver attached pdf document.
