Write ubi android image from u-boot

I made a android build with the official freescale bsp.

The images for the sd card works fine but i have some problems with the nand versions

How can I write the android_root.img image?

I write as a raw image but when I boot the kernel doesn't find the /dev/ubi0_x partitions.

and mfg tools script mfgtool2-android-mx6dl-sabreauto-nand.vbs
