How to change DDR clock frequency for IMX6?

How to change DDR clock frequency from 528Mhz to 333Mhz or 672Mhz for IMX6 in uboot? For test purpose, I wang to test different DDR clock frequency in uboot, where is the place to change the clock frequency? THanks for the help.

I read the post you provide, and I still have some questions. For DDR stress test tool, the ddr clock can be changed from 333Mhz to 672Mhz, but I read the IMX6 RM and can not find out how to change ddr clock to 333Mhz. Can you gie me some help about how the ddr stress test tool change the ddr clock? Thanks!

Sources of the DDR stress tool are not provided.

But You may create request to get some codes how to change DDR frequency.
