imx7d compatible MIPI camera and epdc.

Hello I want to know the compatible epdc and mipi-camera with imx7d sabre board. I have come to know that IMXEBOOKDC4 is compatible with imx7d sabre board, is it correct ? and also what is the compatible MIPI-camera with this target, will Nit6X_5MP_MIPI work ? Reference to product datasheet will be appreciated

Hi,

Regarding the camera, no the Nit6X_5MP_MIPI device isn't compatible with NXP SABRE design. However, it is compatible with all our products, including the Nitrogen7 (i.MX7) board:

Hello Adnan Ali,

The i.MX7 SABRE SD has a MIPI CSI Port available for a Camera but there is not a designed Camera module for this port that I’m aware of. The board BSP does have dts files for the OV5640 but you would need to adapt the HW and then load the driver and appropriate dts in order to test the camera. I think some other customers have used the OV5647 MIPI camera successfully.
