How can I find correct p13 patch for my android4.3 ?

I have use "GPU upgrade to latest p13 for JB4.3_1.1.1 release" but it's have many conflict when use the patch. And it's will make many build error when I forced to use this patch. So can you tell me how to update gpu version in android 4.3 and android4.2? Our two projects have video playing problem.
