How do i downsize CSI Input? (1080P -> 720P)

Hi All,

How do i downsize CSI Input?

I want to downsize from 1080P to 720P.

then I would like to record and preview it.

My status

CPU : IMX6Q

OS : Linux 3.0.101

Input Video : CSI0 (BT.656 8Bit) 1080 Camera

Recording : 720P(H.264) SATA SDD

Preview : 720P HDMI Monitor

Downsize register exists "CSI0 Output Control Register" in Datasheet.

But I don't know how i use it.

please help me.

do you mean that you want to capture 1080P then output to 720P, right? if yes, I don't think you should modify anything, the IPU module can do it by hardware, you can try it, get any issue, pls let me know it.
