PCIe clock setting imx.6 ARM processor.

Am using imx.6 ARM processor, in that I need to set the PCIe clock frequency to 100MHZ.I don't know how to start and which register to modify to achieve this.

1. I want to know whether any register available in PCIe to set clock.

2. I need help to start this task.

3.If anyone has code for this please attach it.

As am new to this I am not getting what to do. Very thanks in advance , please someone can help me.
