Porting HAB cst tool to non-Linux platforms?

Is there any support to port the HAB signing tool to other platforms than Linux?

What are the conditions under which access to "the missing sources" is granted?

We might need the signing tool under Windows.

You may look at Appendix B (Replacing the CST Backend Implementation)

of HAB CodeSigning Tool User’s Guide ("HABCST_UG.pdf') for CST implementation

details. As we can see only Linux is supported.
