Which power mode can keep i.MX6UL OCRAM data?

Hi community,

I have a question about i.MX6UL OCRAM.

Actually, our partner want to use i.MX6UL OCRAM to store some data.

In this case, we have to confirm which power mode can keep OCRAM data.

(For example, if SUSPEND mode cannot keep OCRAM data, our partner cannot use this power mode.)

Would you let us know it?

all power modes can keep OCRAM data, except SNVS

mode: all SOC digital logic, analog module are shut off
