usb host not working on imx7 based sabresd board

I have build the images from yocto using meta-fsl-arm (jethro) layer for imx7dsabresd board. but the USB host is not working. I have cloned linux-imx from the freescale git repository and when I use zImage and dtb from imx_4.1.15_1.0.0_ga branch the USB's get detected. I want to know whether there is any known issue in kernel 3.14 for imx7 related to USB ?

There are a lot of different between 3.14.52 and 4.1.15.

I would suggest you to use 4.1.15 BSP.

We used 3.14.52 successfully with USB Host functionality on our Colibri iMX7S/D platform, without any specific changes to the USB drivers in the kernel itself. It might be related to device tree and/or regulator (e.g. vbus) control.

But I agree with jimmychan, use 4.1.15 BSP, it is the future...
