Hello Guys,

I am using a Freescale (Android) u-boot-2014 on iMX6DL and I am trying to enable the plugin.bin support.

I declared CONFIG_ROM_UNIFIED_SECTIONS and CONFIG_USE_PLUGIN in my include file. Then, I compiled it and used dd (dd if=u-boot.imx of=/dev/xxx bs=512 seek=2) to put u-boot.imx in my sd card but, it's not working.

Any idea?.

Hello,

Usually Android SD card has several partitions, which are named as

/dev/sdx

/dev/sdx2

/dev/sdx5

Please pay attention (physical) device name should be used (/dev/sdx) for

U-boot, but not logical (partition) name (/dev/sdxN).

Also, the following may be interesting

u-boot.bin and u-boot.imx

Hi Yuri,

Putting u-boot.bin or u-boot.imx did not work. When enabling the plugin support, it shows the following info:

Does anyone have tried the plugin support?. Can I have some info, documents?
