DDR Performance Verification Tool ?

Hello Community,

I have a question about DDR performance verification method with i.MX6.
I had checked DDR Stress Test by V1.0.2 and 2.4

The Calibration and Stress Test passed but occurred kernal panic randomly.

Is there another method or Tool to check DDR performance verification ?

one can try memtester

for example usage check sect.8.12 DDR3 SDRAM
