    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #51626f; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small; background-color: #f5f5f5;"&gt;We are using i.MX6 SabreSD Dual board.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #51626f; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small; background-color: #f5f5f5;"&gt;We are trying to perform captured frames using IPU.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #51626f; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small; background-color: #f5f5f5;"&gt;We are working on resolutions 720p and 1080p.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #51626f; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small; background-color: #f5f5f5;"&gt;We tried both capture(V4L2_CID_MXC_ROT) and display(V4L2_CID_ROTATE) IOCTLs for rotation. But rotation is only possible for 180 and 0 degree.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #51626f; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small; background-color: #f5f5f5;"&gt;Where as we are getting below error while doing rotation of 90 and 270 degrees.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #51626f; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small; background-color: #f5f5f5;"&gt;mxc_v4l2_output mxc_v4l2_output.0: display work fail ret = -22.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #51626f; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small; background-color: #f5f5f5;"&gt;we observed that IPU rotation(90 and 270 degree) works fine for VGA resolution but not for 720p and 1080p.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #51626f; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small; background-color: #f5f5f5;"&gt;Can you please suggest any possible approach?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
