      <title>LDO-bypass mode vs LDO-enable mode</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was wondering how to choose between these 2 modes in a design using the PF0100 PMIC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Indeed i don't see what are the benefits to run in LDO-bypass except to reduce power dissipation inside the iMX6.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the other hand i read in the AN4724 : Longer power-on-hours can be achieved using LDO-enabled mode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me to understand.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Greg&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
