    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi community,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to activate 3 kernel modules : drxk, xc5000 but, in GUI kernel configuration, they are in grey tint.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Linux kernel is "git://&lt;A href="http://git.freescale.com/imx/fsl-arm-yocto-bsp.git" target="_blank"&gt;git.freescale.com/imx/fsl-arm-yocto-bsp.git&lt;/A&gt; -b imx-3.10.53-1.1.0_ga"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For xc5000: it depends on: (MEDIA_ANALOG_TV_SUPPORT [=n] || MEDIA_DIGITAL_TV_SUPPORT [=n] || MEDIA_RADIO_SUPPORT [=y]) &amp;amp;&amp;amp; MEDIA_SUPPORT [=y] &amp;amp;&amp;amp; I2C [=y]&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In my .config file, I have:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- # CONFIG_MEDIA_ANALOG_TV_SUPPORT is not set&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- # CONFIG_MEDIA_DIGITAL_TV_SUPPORT is not set&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- CONFIG_MEDIA_RADIO_SUPPORT=y&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- CONFIG_MEDIA_SUPPORT=y&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- CONFIG_I2C=y&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thus, xc5000 modules shouldn't be in grey tint&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Same problem for drxk module: it depends on: MEDIA_SUPPORT [=y] &amp;amp;&amp;amp; DVB_CORE [=n] &amp;amp;&amp;amp; I2C [=y]&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In my .config file, I have:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- CONFIG_MEDIA_SUPPORT=y&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- nothing in file for DVB_CORE&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- CONFIG_I2C=y&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have solution?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best Regads,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jordan&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
