imx6 playing high bitrate stream issue

Dear All,

how to play high bitrate rtsp stream smoothly in imx6 ?

It can played very well at the bitrate around 3~5Mbps,

but I try to played 8~20 Mpbs stream, the screen become broken textures and lag.

play on stream: 19Mbps, mxplayer

play on local: the same video and player

I use the VLC player v2.2.1 for streaming server,

and client is MXplayer using hw+ decode, base on imx.6dl ,android 4.3.1.

Could you give some advices to improve the playback quality , thx a lot !

what bitrate when you play on the second scenario? the same 19Mbps? it seems the bitrate is too high, maybe you can try to use the debloking filter, and the quailty of video from rtsp depends on the network quality, not only the vpu performance.
