i.MX233 - accessing GPIO within a C program

Using an i.MX233 in 128 pin QFP Package and running a GNU/Linux (kernel 3.12.0 at the moment)

Would like to be able to access GPIO directly from within a C program. Looked at the table 37-3 Pin-Multiplex for 128-Pin QFP within i.MX233 Product Data sheet (IMX23RM Rev.1 11/2009) and following pages.

Where would I be able to find the actual addresses rather than register descriptions?
