      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Bill&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;seems problem with bit 28, "0x10000000" it may be poorly&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;soldered or shorted with other signal. Recommended to check it with&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;oscilloscope.
