i have a fresh custom board with imx28 with USB as the only first time boot option. Is there any tool to boot imx28 from linux host PC(preferably ubuntu).

one can try mfg tool for programming fresh board with usb

Programmers (Flash, etc.) (8)

Tool and documentation for downloading i.MX28 image during manufacturing (REV L2.6.35_1.1.0)

This tool will work only in Windows OS. Right?

Is there any tool available for ubuntu or other linux distros?
