Support for LCD panel

Hi,

I am trying to get the LCD in the linux kernel using the device tree achitecture.Could you please help me to get the

information about the path for display code or any specfic patch for getting the LCD.

Please find the below information.

Processor : Sololite

Linux kernel version:linux-imx6-3.10.31

LCD/TFT- Solomon- SSD1268

LCD Size :240 *240

one can try i.MX28 mpu lcd patches, as i.MX6SL eLCDIF module

is similar to i.MX28.

Hi Igor,

Thanks for your update.

The details and the patch which you had shared is on 3.0.35 kernel and which is not based on device tree achitechture.

Could you help us to share the sample code based on the device tree architecture for the sololite.

Hi Igor,

Here we are using ssd1268 controller and using mcu 8080 parallel interface.

we are using parallel lines to communicate with the panel(data & command) and whether we had the same support in the

kernel 3.10.

If we enable the below config the device is not booting and struck in the inital logs. Could you please help me in this.I am using 3.10.53 kernel
