我们使用的是KSZ9031方案，如果设置成10M/100M都没问题，但如果设置成1000M，则无法连接。

suggest to check Table 62. RGMII Signal Switching Specifications IMX6DQCEC

and configure KSZ9031 registers if necessary, like

MMD Address 2h Register 5h - RGMII RX Data Pad Skew

MMD Address 2h Register 6h - RGMII TX Data Pad Skew

MMD Address 2h Register 8h - RGMII Clock Pad Skew

Note, for i.MX6 ENET there is no control on-chip to adjust the delay between

these signals. A delay would need to be implemented at the board level.

But there is another problem. As we know,IMX6DL ethernet's max speed is 400M,but we can only reach 200M,is there other registers we should adjust?
